Birthday Mini

Hi Everyone ~ Yes it has been awhile since I have posted. Hope all of you have been doing great and creating fabulous projects. Today I have a mini album that I made for my nephew. He turned 2 this year. This is the second book I have made for him. The first one he looks at everyday. LOL! It is made with 6x6 papers and many different stamps along with the photo die that I got from My Creative Time. The die set also included stamps, which I used. The farm animals are a stamp and die set from Lawn Fawn. They are just soooo cute.  The farm animal punch is from Martha Stewart. The birthday stamp set is one I have had in my stash, but can't remember who makes it. The little fox and squirrel are from Stampin'UP they are jut adorable. They are a stamp and die bundle. I get all of my Stampin'UP products from my dear friend Norma at Pink Bling Crafter. I thought the mini came out soooo cute. I live making little minis like this one.

Hope you all like the mini and I hope you have had a fabulous weekend.

Your Paper Pantry Fictional Character Journal Swap

Hi Everyone ~ OMG! it has been a super long time since I have posted anything. Shame on me! LOL! I truly hope all of you have been doing great. I have been working on lots of projects I just haven't taken the time to post anything. I decided to join Your Paper Pantry and I did my first swap. Ellen B was our wonderful host. She also has a blog site and she is amazing! Ellen's blog is the women's waiting room. The swap was to choose your favorite fictional character and then you were teamed up with a swap partner. My partner's favorite fictional character was Miss Jane Marple. Agatha Christie is the author of the Miss Marple Mystery series. So what I decided to do was to use an actual book and my bind it all to make the journal. There are 12 books in the series so I used the cover of each book to separate the pages. I saw the hidden bind it all binding at  Sari Hanninen Youtube channel. Sari has some wonderful videos and projects.  It work out well, actually better than I thought. I did use a 1 inch wire. I also coffee dyed all of my papers. That was quite and experience had coffee everywhere, but it was fun and smelled good. LOL! I use lots of different products from Stampin UP, Tim Holtz, stamps from dollar bin at Michaels and so many more. I am sure you will be able to pick them out. Also I have to tell you that Tim Holtz's new acrylic paints are fantastic!!!!!! I used them throughout the journal. I use them for stamping, painting objects, paper anything. I even used the paint to paint tags and they are awesome, if I do say so myself. LOL! The other new item I challenged myself with is doing a video. Yes, a video on Youtube. I will put the video at the end of the pictures of some of the pages. To see the whole album you will have to watch the video. I would also like to thank all of you who have stopped by while I was MIA. Thanks!!!!!

Here is my video hope you all like it. Miss Marple's Mystery Journal.

Nephew's Invitations 1st Birthday

Hi Everyone ~ I know it has been a long time since I posted. LOL! My nephew is going to have his first Birthday and I asked if I could make the invitations. You guessed it my niece said yes. By the way I am his great Aunt. The theme of the party is Cars and I have the Cricut Cartridge. Wahoooo!!!!

I used the top note from StampinUp along with the label punch. I printed Lincoln's 1st Birthday on my printer. The car was cut out from the Cars Cart. and all the coloring accents were colored with the gelly roll sparkle pens. The stamp at the top is from my stash. The back is stamped with the information about the party. I forgot to take a picture of the back before I wrote everything in. LOL!

Thought you might like to see the line up of cars, we made 30 invitations. My hubby glued the pieces together. He is so wonderful, he has become an expert at glueing pieces together. LOL! Hope you enjoyed my posting. How about that new StampinUP paper trimmer. I have to tell you it is fabulous. If you are looking for a StampinUp demonstrator my sweet friend Norma at Pink Bling Crafter is your gal for the fabulous StampinUp products. Have a fabulous day!!!

I truly enjoyed making these little mini albums.
Here is the first one. I used so many products I didn't keep track of them. LOL!

Here is the second one.

As you can tell I used a lot of StampinUP products. I just love their products and I get all of them from my sweet friend Norma at Pink Bling Crafter. Lisa at A Mermaids Crafts gives me so many ideas with all of the spell binder dies and now StampiUp has more dies to match their stamp sets.  Lisa is soooo talented and a dear friend. Vacation Mini Album

Hi Everyone ~ Hope all of you are having a fantastic weekend. I made this mini album for my dear friend at work. She went to Hawaii a few weeks ago and thought it would be fun to make her a mini.
I used the top note die from Stampin'Up. I absolutely love Stampin'Up products and I get my from my dear friend Norma at Pink Bling Crafter. The die was just the perfect size for the mini and WOW! I did the whole album in one evening. LOL!

This little mini album was super easy to put together. I used DCWV stack and the DCWV summer sticker pack. To cut the flowers, pineapple, gecko, beach chair and flip flops I user Life's a Beach Cricut Cartridge and use the border feature. The super awesome bling on the from is from Kaisercraft daffodil sparklets and let me tell you they sparkle. I used my gel pens to color the flowers and the pineapples and the flip flops. I also used a grey gel pen to accent the lines  of the chair on the front. Also Tim Holtz Distressed ink shaded lilac. This has become one of my favorite inks.

I am entering this in the following challenges:
1. DL.Art 1,000 linky party
2. Sunday Fun Day link party
3. Make it Monday anything goes
